Short Note from Pastor Chuck:
I am indebted to many people for much of the content of these teachings. For the last 50 years I have learned from and used material including outlines, illustrations, ideas, and studies from many commentaries and books, and because of our technological advances, some of the greatest pastor/teachers and scholars of our lifetime. I have personally thanked many of these men. But, obviously not all, so thank you to everyone who has influenced both my life and teaching with your ministry and words. My prayer is that you find this site encouraging and beneficial in your journey with our Lord Jesus Christ.

Pastor Chuck Wooley began teaching home studies in 1972. He later held his first Sunday service in March 1973 with about 12 people in attendance.

The church was called "Christian Faith Center" at that time and affiliated with the Calvary Chapel movement in 1975. Calvary Chapel Palm Springs later became known as The Bridge - Calvary Chapel. Pastor Chuck Wooley has remained the church’s pastor for the last 50 plus years.

He also served as Chaplain for Riverside County in the Juvenile Justice system for many years overseeing all of the religious activity and counseling in Juvenile Hall. In addition he was a staff instructor at Calvary Chapel Bible College both at the Twin Peaks and Murrieta campuses.
